Return, Exchange & Custom Order Policy

At Ghazala Bukhari (GB), every outfit is prepared with care, attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Many of our pieces are made or finished specifically for each client. We therefore request all customers to carefully review their order details before confirming a purchase.

1. No Return & No Exchange

All purchases from Ghazala Bukhari are considered final. Once an item has been purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, personal preference, colour choice, style choice, sizing preference or any other personal reason.

Customers are requested to carefully review the product details, size, colour, fabric and design before completing their purchase.

2. Custom-Made Orders & Advance Payment

An advance payment is required to confirm and book a custom-made order.

Once the advance has been received and the order is confirmed, our team may begin purchasing or arranging fabric, embroidery materials, embellishments, trims and other items required specifically for your outfit.

Once work on a custom-made order has started:

• The advance payment is non-refundable
• The order cannot be cancelled
• The order cannot be returned
• The order cannot be exchanged
• A change of mind does not qualify for a refund or cancellation

Custom-made pieces are created specifically for the individual client and therefore cannot be treated in the same way as standard ready-made products.

3. Design, Fabric, Colour & Style Confirmation

For custom-made orders, customers are requested to carefully confirm all details before production begins. These may include:

• Design and style
• Fabric selection
• Colour
• Measurements and size
• Shirt, gown, maxi or dress length
• Neckline
• Sleeves
• Trouser or bottom style
• Dupatta style
• Embroidery and embellishment details
• Any other requested customisation

Once these details have been confirmed and production has started, changes may not always be possible.

If a requested change can still be made, it will depend on the stage of production and may involve additional charges and additional production time.

4. Fabric & Material Availability

We make every effort to use the fabric, colour, embroidery and materials agreed with the client.

However, fabrics, laces, trims, stones, pearls, sequins, beads and other embellishment materials may sometimes become unavailable or may vary between production batches.

If an exact material is unavailable, we may suggest the closest suitable alternative. Where the proposed change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to discuss it with the customer before proceeding.

5. Colour Variation

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may appear slightly different from photographs or videos due to lighting, photography, editing and differences in mobile phones, computer screens and other displays.

Different fabrics may also reflect colour differently, and separate dye batches may have slight variations in shade.

Reasonable colour variations are therefore not considered a defect and do not qualify for a return or exchange.

6. Handcrafted Work & Natural Variations

Many Ghazala Bukhari outfits include handcrafted details such as zari, kora, dabka, zardozi, tilla, sequins, crystals, pearls, stones and other hand-applied embellishments.

Because these details are applied by hand, small differences in placement, shape, spacing, embroidery or embellishment may naturally occur from one piece to another.

These minor variations are part of the individual character of a handcrafted garment and are not considered defects.

7. Measurements & Fit

Custom-made garments are prepared according to the measurements provided or approved by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and reviewing them carefully before production begins.

Ghazala Bukhari cannot be held responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer or changes in the customer’s measurements after the order has been confirmed.

Any alterations required because of incorrect or changed measurements may be subject to additional alteration, material and delivery charges.

8. Product Images & Styling

Our photographs and videos are intended to show the design and overall appearance of our products.

Jewellery, shoes, bags and other styling accessories shown in photographs or videos are not included unless they are specifically mentioned in the product description or order confirmation.

9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received an item that is damaged, defective or different from the confirmed order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photographs and/or videos showing the issue so that our team can review the matter.

If the issue is verified as an error from our side, we will determine the most appropriate solution, which may include repair, alteration, correction or replacement, depending on the nature of the issue.

Minor handmade variations, natural fabric characteristics or reasonable colour differences are not considered manufacturing defects.

10. Order Cancellation

Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and work has started.

As materials and production resources are allocated specifically for each custom order, any advance already paid becomes non-refundable once the order enters production.

11. International Orders

International orders are also considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for providing correct measurements, delivery information and order details before confirmation.

12. Acceptance of Our Policy

By placing an order, confirming a custom design or making an advance payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted our No Return, No Exchange, No Cancellation and Non-Refundable Advance Policy.
