2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or made-to-order outfits
- Bridal and formal wear (unless damaged or defective)
- Items purchased on sale or promotional discounts
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos as proof
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
5. Exchange Process
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error is from our side
6. Return Shipping
- For returns (if approved), customers must securely ship the item back to us
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable courier service
7. Refund Policy
- We generally do not offer cash refunds
- Approved returns may be issued as:
- Store credit, or
- Exchange for another item
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement
- Once processing has begun, cancellations may not be possible
